DOCKWISE YACHT TRANSPORT LOADS RECORD BREAKING NUMBER OF YACHTS IN PORT EVERGLADES

For the second time ever, Dockwise Yacht Transport had three yacht carriers in Port Everglades at the same time this past week and broke its previous record by loading, unloading and transshipping a total of 88 yachts, resulting in a large impact for the South Florida marine industry. The vessels being transported ranged from a 30' tender to a 170' megayacht.

With the start of the Spring season deliveries to the Mediterranean, SUPER SERVANT 3 departed Fort Lauderdale with 18 yachts destined for Palma de Mallorca. DOCK EXPRESS 12 headed for west coast ports of Golfito, La Paz, Ensenada and Vancouver. The EXPLORER departed for St. Thomas and will return to Fort Lauderdale and continue to Newport, RI. All operations went smoothly for the carriers' many happy yacht owners.
