It is a medieval city swarming with life, and it is a place where past and present truly meet. Dockwise offers boat transportation services that can help you explore this unique city in style.

Genoa is the main city of the Liguria Region. It features steep cliffs ending in a deep, clean sea and a variety of villages and beaches just waiting to be explored. From Ventimiglia to Bocca di Magra lies a succession of unique forms and colors of surprising beauty. The ancient fishing tradition and the delicious flavors of the local cuisine gradually give way to the hills in the immediate hinterland. Here you will find castles, stone-built villages, churches and strips of fertile land that form a mosaic of fragrances, tastes and artistic forms immersed in the peace and quiet of centuries gone by.

A livelier atmosphere and fashion-filled fun can be found in the port cities and world-famous towns along the Riviera. Do you want to visit Portofino, the Cinque Terre, Camogli, or Sanremo? Are you eager to admire Liguria's seascapes and the beauty of its mountain range overlooking the sea? Genoa is the best starting point for any of these adventures. Dockwise provides boat transport to the Mediterranean that is reliable and hassle-free so you and your loved ones can truly relax and enjoy this beautiful region.

The fame and beauty of Portofino has always reached beyond the Liguria region's borders. Visitors have the opportunity to uncover a wide variety of adventures. For example, in a deep inlet of the Capodimonte Bay, protected by the reefs of the Portofino mountain, lies a small sea village that was once a pirate den. In the heart of the Cinque Terre the two sea villages of Riomaggiore and Manarola are joined by a path – the via dell'Amore – that is special for its fame, history and shape. This unique path has a romantic name and creates a distinctive atmosphere made of suspended walks between the sky and the sea. Discover all this and more when you use Dockwise boat transportation to Genoa and the Mediterranean.

Genoa

Genoa's beauty lies in the hills bowing around her bay line in amphiteathre, in her vertical cityscape, in her luxurious palaces, in the alleys of the medieval city swarming with life, where past and present meet. Dockwise’s boat transportation services can help you to explore famed Genoa in style. In her sunny gulf and in her rivieras, a land of light and winds, a mimosa yellow, tangerine orange, oleander red, grey-green olive land. In the middle ages her bay became the heart of a great Maritime Republic whose colonies spread from the West to the Far East, from the Pillar of Hercules to the Black Sea.
