To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is in response to the truly exemplary service aboard the Super Servant 4. We would like to recognize Viesturs and the entire crew who worked extremely hard to provide us all with highest level of service. All members of the crew were extremely helpful and conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. Their commitment to making our trip as enjoyable and safe as possible greatly exceeded our expectations.

Also, many of us provisioned beforehand due to rumors of poor food provided by the ship. We were all pleasantly surprised by the excellant food and service provided by the galley staff.

Overall, we all had a fantastic trip and could not have had a better experience. A very sincere thanks to the entire crew for all of their hard work.
