M/Y Ocean Drive Her

It is with great pleasure that I write you this email commending the service we received from DYT. When I first started looking into shipping our MV from Port Everglades down to the Caribbean I researched a number of option before I found your company. My first contact was with Ana Santana, and unlike all the other shipping companies I had contacted, she was EXTREMELY fast on email and we spoke on the phone a number of times. I think Ana may well be the fastest person ever to reply to my email, and she provided me with an immediate quote. Other companies I had contacted took days / weeks to reply, if at all! Ana and I conversed via email for a few weeks in the lead up to the loading, she helped me in every way, and as I was not in the States, she even helped me source marinas and captain to deliver my boat from Ft. Pierce.

Nadine, like Ana, was extremely helpful going beyond the call of duty to make sure we were able to find accommodation in Martinique and so on. When we first arrived in Martinique on Sunday 7th, Nadine was in the office to go over some of the paperwork and make sure everything ran smoothly the next morning for unloading.

I would certainly use dockwise again, and would highly recommend DYT to everyone who I speak to. I would also like to thank you for making your price for delivery an affordable method of transport and the most convenient way to avoid unloading / loading by cranes etc!
