DYT Yacht Transport is looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to strengthen its yacht transport activities and further expand the float-on, float-off yacht transport business.

The commercial manager should be able to manage current client relationships as well as built new business based on knowledge skills and preferably an already self-established network in the maritime industry.

Position Summary

  • Effectively drive sales via direct customer engagement
  • Capacity to engage key business-to-business accounts
  • Representing DYT on various international boat shows
  • Accurately follow-up on sales and work with internal registration and administrative systems

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Requirements

  • Preferably strong maritime industry knowledge and personal network
  • Proven track record in business development and sales
  • Verifiable track record in sales
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%
  • Positive demeanour, technically curious and goal oriented
  • Self-starter with natural curiosity and technical savvy
  • Good humoured and energetic team player

    The position is for the Fort Lauderdale office, there will be no relocation offered.
