“Our first interaction with DYT was with Laura Tempest who walked us through the process before even signing a contract. The process and openness of her interaction with us was unbelievable. For all the horror stories we have heard and read about, Ms Tempest unilaterally eliminated any issues, fears, or concerns. She was incredible, especially answering all our questions with professionalism and patience. We interacted with her for almost a year before our transport date.

We were then handed off to Dennis De Palmer who worked with us from boarding our vessel in Florida to driving our vessel off Yacht Servant in Italy. We met him on Yacht Servant when we loaded our boat and then the day before unloading to review the process and to get us in touch with our customs agent so there would not be any problems the next day. In addition, Dennis introduced the people with DYT that make everything happen. They were personable and friendly and wanted to help in any way.

The next morning we boarded the ship and the crew had set up a ladder for us to get into our vessel so we did not have to climb down the rope ladder. They did that without even being asked. We then waited for the instructions to drive off the ship and away we went.

What a seamless pleasure this experience was from start to finish. We will recommend DYT to everyone and we will be using DYT again in three years to transport us to a different location”.
